I recently took an Umrah package from Carvan-e-Rasheed. Their services were good, including clear guidelines and other helpful information. However, the one thing I didn’t like was the flight timings. The flight time management wasn’t ideal. When I arrived in Makkah, my room wasn't ready. Makkah hotels have a check-in time of 4 PM, and the flight should have been scheduled accordingly, especially since traveling with family can be challenging. Other than that, everything else was quite good. The hotels were very close to the Haram, and overall, I am satisfied.
